Fay has always had a passion for cooking and baking and at the end of 2025 took the leap to say goodbye to her job in the media to pursue her love for pizza and British produce.
At Fay’s Pizza, we believe great pizza starts with simple, quality ingredients and a passion for flavour. Serving up thin, crispy, stone-baked pizzas from our trusty van, we bring fresh, vibrant food to markets, events, and celebrations across the UK. Whether it’s a quick slice at a market or a bespoke menu for a wedding, Fay’s Pizza is all about creating memorable moments around delicious, hand-crafted pizza made with care.
